Training Sessions

Our instructor-led training sessions are 40-45 minutes long, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. These high intensity functional training workouts give you a total body workout targeting upper body, lower body and core. It is a workout unlike any other. And because no two workouts are ever the same, boredom no longer stands in the way of you and the results you deserve.

Our sessions involve a wide range of exercises and equipment including a combination of the following:
  • Agility (balance & coordination)

  • Calisthenics  
  • Cardio training  
  • Core strengthening 
  • Dumbbells 
  • Jump rope
  • Jungle gym 
  • Kettle bells

Sessions will be held at the Wheaton location Monday through Friday at the following times:

5:00 - 5:45 am
5:45 - 6:30 am
6:30 - 7:15 am (T/W/Th)
7:45 - 8:30 am (M/W/F)
8:30 - 9:15 am (M/W/F)
9:15 - 10:00 am (M/W/F)

5:00 - 5:45 pm
