Our instructor-led training sessions are 40-45 minutes long, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. These high intensity functional training workouts give you a total body workout targeting upper body, lower body and core. It is a workout unlike any other. And because no two workouts are ever the same, boredom no longer stands in the way of you and the results you deserve.
Our sessions involve a wide range of exercises and equipment including a combination of the following:
Agility (balance & coordination)
Tires, platforms, sleds
